Warriors/War Eagles info, 2/12 onward
Billboards promoting the W2 and WE2 in the Milwaukee metro, five county area, and northern IL areas. Season tickets starting at $20!--about $10K per month
Billboards from Green Bay south, Dells south, Kenosha east, Janesville east about Brewers group tickets. Will change 2/25 to promote single game tickets.---about $350K per month
Press release, email, 2/14/14, 12:01PM: The USMNT will play host to Mexico on April 2nd at 8PM. Ticket sales will begin Monday, 2/17 at 9AM for Warriors and War Eagles season ticket holders. They will have the exclusive right to purchase tickets on Monday. On Tuesday at 10AM, if seats remain, W2 and WE2 season ticket holders will be able to buy tickets. On Wednesday at 10AM, if seats remain, tickets will be available to the general public. Each ticket buyer is limited to the number of season tickets they own...for example, if you have two season tickets for the Warriors, you are limited to two tickets until tickets go on sale to the general public. If you have two season tickets to the Warriors, W2, WE2, and three to the War Eagles, you will be allowed to purchase three tickets before Wednesday at 10.
Tickets to the Hooters patio will be sold separately for special events such as the USMNT visit.
As of the end of business 3/29/14, the Warriors have sold 9029 full season ticket packages and 13799 half season packages, or about 17308 full season equivalents.
War Eagles have sold 4239 full season packages and 5519 partial season, 7550 FSE's.
W2 have sold 1384 season tickets
WE2 have sold 1534 season tickets
Sold about 200 WE2 (and about 50 W2) season tickets Monday and Tuesday, mostly so fans could order USA/MEX friendly tickets a day earlier and guarantee themselves better seats. While this is a bit of using the system, more power to them. Since plenty of tickets (about 22K) remain for the general public, the stance of the Warriors and War Eagles is...more power to them.
--All Warriors and War Eagles games will be played at ACS.
--All W2 and WE2 games will be played at HLC, unless otherwise noted

--USA/MEX is officially sold out, as of 3PM, 3/11.
--The Wisconsin Warriors of the NASL will provide 12-14 players on loan to Arizona United, and will provide oversight and assistance to ensure the '14 campaign goes off without a hitch. The Warriors will assist in finding a permanent home after the current season, be it in Phoenix or elsewhere. Team offices will be closed Thursday, 3/13 through Monday, 3/17, and will reopen on Tuesday 3/18. Ticket sales will begin at noon, 3/18.
Just to reemphasize, Phoenix FC will be playing a full USL Pro schedule in 2014.
--A new owner has been found, rebranded Arizona United. Warriors will assist in putting together roster, as of now, 12 players will be assigned to AU 3/18, 4 from Warriors roster, 5 from W2 roster, and 3 from YW roster. Warriors are assisting AU in signing players from various NASL/MLS/USL Pro tryouts, talking to teams about who "just missed" gaining an invite to camp...interest from Indy Eleven and MN United about loaning a couple players to AU. The Warriors hope to have a long healthy relationship with Arizona United.
--Holly King signed by War Eagles on 3/20, will report 3/22. King is a MF.
--Jaime French moved from WE2 to War Eagles on 3/20, will report 3/21. French is a D. French was offered a contract by a WCS team on 3/18 and per her contract, had to be promoted to the War Eagles in 72 hours or be released.
--Per league office, players placed on 45 day DL do not begin "counting" the 45 days until seven days before the season opener (4/5 for War Eagles), but roster spot opens as soon as player is placed on DL.
--teams must always have between 25 and 30 players on WCS roster. If a player is placed on a DL, they do not count toward 25 players. Teams must always have 22 players on roster that are healthy enough to play or practice. Roster and salary cap relief are available for such situations.
--traded Lauren Vetock to TOR for future considerations (4th round pick in 2015 or 2016 WCS draft if she spends 11 weeks on active roster in '14 or plays in 5 or more games; if not, War Eagles reserve the right to swap 4th round draft position with TOR in 2016 draft)
