Purchased Krispy Kreme for $536M, plus assumed $26M in debt, for a total of $562M. Announced 9/30/10, effective 11/1/10. Paid $8 a share, market closed at $4.71.

Studying buying land right off 94 and building AAA park in Lake Mills area, approx cost $50-75M with 10-15K capacity. Would be happy to allow Badgers' program to utilize for minimal/no cost, when they reinstate their NCAA D1 baseball program.
