All American Pride properties will be closed Xmas Day except Freedom theaters, which will run a nearly regular day with shorter shifts (double time) and approximate times of 1PM-11PM (no shows before 1, none scheduled to end after 11).
All AP properties will be closed Xmas Eve at 2PM, except Freedom, where the approximate times will be 11AM-4PM.
Liberty theaters will also be closed 12/26. All other AP properties will reopen 12/26 at 11AM.

$5 lunch special every day, half-price appetizers anytime, and $1 bottles of beer/Point soft drinks (2 brands beer daily, Coors and one other).
Also, $2 margaritas and $2 pizza slices after 4PM daily and all day on weekends, along with $1 bottles of MGD or Miller 64. Begins with online and in store signage 11/1/12, goes until 1/6/13, heavy TV/radio advertising begins the day after the election, 11/7.

Building inspection due on every property to be done ASAP, before 12/22. Any work to be done should be verified and estimated costs paid by 12/23. Will be billed to 2012.
Estimated upgrades are $30M, or just over $10K per AP property.

All FT associates will receive a $1000 bonus dated 12/22. All PT associates will be given a $500 bonus dated 12/22. This will be given to all associates on the books as of 12/1.
This will reward our associates for their hard work this fiscal year, and will be considered a holiday bonus.
As a sidenote, we wish to reward our associates before proposed tax increases go into effect. We would much prefer our associates keep the money rather than the government.
