Purchased The Tennis Channel for $475M. Will continue to use it as a feature for tennis, and continue to feature live tournaments from all over the world. ACS capacity limited for April
In April 2014, total capacity will be limited to lower/club level, due to the expansion of ACS. If the initial capacity sells out, we will only be able to open up other sections to about 30K.

Sending Vizio 50" TV to all of AP's full time associates, along with
Roku 3, Amazon Prime membership through 2014, and a $100 Amazon gift card. Going out 12/15, scheduled delivery 12/17-19.
All part time associates will be receiving the gift card and the Amazon Prime membership.
Cost to company is about $30M, will be cross promoted with Amazon the week of 12/22.

American Pride will be sending out a thank you gift package from Amazon to all 38K full time associates, and a smaller gift package to their 200K part time associates.
A 50 inch Vizio TV, and a Roku 3 will be sent only to full timers, while all associates, full and part timers, will receive an Amazon Prime membership for 2014, and a $100 Amazon gift card.
