Total revenue was $39.55B. Profit was $1.551B or $1.44 per share.
For the upcoming fiscal year, which will end 1/1/16, American Pride is estimating profit of $1.65B, or $1.53 a share, on revenues of $41.5B. Next year's fiscal year will have 52 weeks, as opposed to 53 this past fiscal year.
Thoughts about the future:
Our sports and lifestyle network will still be in its early stages, and still incurring start up costs and growing pains.
We have 1098 Freedom theaters with 14822 screens. Of those, about 280 are Freedom Night Owls, which have premium seating and a full menu. All have a Hooters Limited in the lobby, as a meeting place and lounge for before and after the movie. Building 32-40 screen theater and entertainment complexes in metro areas, near connecting interstates. Comedy club, Hooters Live, restaurants, batting cages, fitness clubs, tennis/racquetball courts, walking/running tracks.
We have about 478 Liberty theaters and 3504 screens at the end of the year, as we run about 97% of the "budget cinemas" in the USA. About 240 of those are Liberty Night Owls "cinema cafes" are open, in the upper Midwest, southern US, with expansion into the Northeast last year and in progress.
American Capitalist financial services now have 32 total offices. Began with $40M in invested funds. $42B in invested funds as of 12/26/13 . Now a prime player in 401K/403B investing, as well as heavily into the niche market of self-investing. Will continue to grow through success and possible acquisition.
American Security Preservation, mainly involved in life insurance, annuities, and wealth preservation. Annual premiums of $4.8B. Premiums in '13 up 21% mainly through 5, 10, and 15 year annuities that paid about 1% more than standard rates and commission increase of 50% to agents. $77B in total funds.
American Motivation looks to help people make the most of what they have and meet their goals. Operates during the school year, Sep-May, Tue-Thurs, during non-holiday weeks. We expect to have 80 events this fiscal year. Focus is on filling arenas in metro/suburban areas.
White Castle has 622 outlets and same store sales increased 4.1% due to increase in marketing and specials. 20 expected to open in 2015.
Biggby Coffee has 508 outlets and same store sales increased 7.1% due to successful loyalty program and lower price/bigger serving combo. 25 expected to open in 2015.
Hooters has 774 locations worldwide, with 475 in the USA. Sales were up 6.5% in 2012, and we expect to open 25 more in 2015.
Hooters Live now has 42 locations, all in the USA, mostly in high population suburban markets. Expansion planned for 2015, about 12 more in USA and Australia. Live is a destination for live music 6-7 nights a week, and pool/darts/volleyball/softball/poker/trivia leagues and tournaments.
Hooters hotel in Vegas significant growth in poker and casino business, and headliners in arena. Jeff Foxworthy signed to headline six weeks through 2018, Larry the Cable Guy four weeks per year through '18, Bill Cosby, four weeks through '16, Jerry Seinfeld, four weeks through '16, Chris Rock, four weeks through '16, Jeff Ross, eight weeks through '18, Dennis Miller, four weeks through '16, Norm McDonald, four weeks through '16, LeAnn Rimes, six weeks through '16, Kelly Clarkson, four weeks through '16, Elton John, two weeks through '16, Joel Osteen, two weeks through '16. All do shows Fri-Tues, some do two shows Fri/Sat. Destination hotel/casino/Hooters restaurant, busiest Hooters in the world. Best poker tournaments, 2K seat performance venue added early 2013, 500 seat comedy club added April, 2013.
Krispy Kreme has 529 locations worldwide. Sales were up 2.7% in '14. Plan is to lower prices in 2015, on food and drinks.

Started Sports and Leisure TV, a four channel pack, in 2014. Won rights to broadcast NFL, NBA, MLS, and WCS, and purchased CBS Sports Network, and The Tennis Channel, and will maintain those commitments.
Purchased Red Lobster in 2014, rebuilding the brand.
Purchased Homestyle Dining, which is Ponderosa and Bonanza. Renamed all to Ponderosa.
We plan on continuing to grow and be a successful and profitable company. We always have been a debt free company, as well as a charitable member of the community, state, and country. We do not plan to change that aspect of our business. Each of our establishments have a planned budget for special events for good causes that they draw from that does not affect their bonuses, if applicable. Our success is a direct correlation of our associates, and we are happy they continue to succeed with us.
Because of our expansion into TV, snacks, and moonlight mixers in 2013/2014, we are looking to sit back and grow our business in 2015, though we are always open to adding profitable companies with room for growth. We are currently sitting on $2.44B in cash, which we utilize rather than borrowing when we wish to expand or build.
We have rewarded our associates with a gift of stock since our inception. Below is how much they would have accumulated if they had been with us since 2002, both part-time and full-time:
PT: 20 in '02 & '03 (now 540 each), 20 in '04 & '05 (now 180 each), 20 in '06-'09 (now 60 each), 50 in '10-'14--1930 shares
FT: 50 in '02 & '03 (now 1350 each), 50 in '04 & '05 (now 450 each), 50 (now 150 each) in '06-'09, 100 in '10-'14--4700 shares
Major shareholders include Bryan Clark, who originally founded the company, who owns 107.6M shares of common stock (of 1.08B issued), about 10% of the company. Mr. Clark's shares are in a trust as he holds political office.

645 new season tickets were sold as of the end of the day 11/1/14. Full season tickets will be capped at 25K.
Partial season tickets will go on sale 11/29/14, two eleven game packages (both friendlies, the home game versus the Fire, and eight other MLS home games). Partial season tickets will be capped at 10K.
