l is to continue providing moviegoers with the best experience possible, including wide, comfortable, reclining seats all with cupholders, 100% stadium seating; affordable ticket and concession prices, clean theaters, and friendly service...while providing a positive return for our stockholders.

Our third quarter earnings were 41.6 cents a share, compared to 20 cents a share in Q3 a year ago. Our fiscal year estimate is now at $1.77, compared to 73.8 cents a year ago. Our stock price currently sits at $40.30, up from $18.97 a year ago.

All signs continue to point upward. Thank you to tNUMBERS AS OF 3/20:

Our 3 new APC Freedom multiplexes will open 3/24, and grand open 3/31. That gives us 6 in total. 10 more in phase 2 of construction, should open in late 2006.

855 APC Liberty second run theaters are open, with 3 closed due to hurricane damage and/or lack of population due to storm damage. 22 more will open during 2006 that are currently under our ownership.

Still looking at "cinema cafes", have plan in place, but will not begin until Liberty division has little room for further growth.

Our 5 year plan involves having about 1200-1400 Libertys open, along with 75-100 Freedoms, with less than 50 of our proposed cafe style theaters.

We remain a debt-free company, and have no plans to change that aspect. Our only goahe investors who believe in us, and to our associates, who have made us what we are.

Bankroll/300= stock price
